The organisation puts a lot of emphasis on training at all levels. A periodical staff training curriculum conducted with the help of external trainers, helps impart specialised skills to employees. In addition to the external training sessions, the organisation also facilitates in-house training for all junior level employees. The sessions cover a wide array of programmes, ranging from sponsored training for senior cadres at IIM – A & XLRI – Jamshedpur to specialised training sessions as per TUV audit and ISO certification, continuous training for technical and shop-floor employees, training for Six Sigma & KAIZEN in addition to elaborate induction programmes for new recruits. The company also undertakes quarterly Employee Satisfaction Surveys to monitor employee feedback.
